China Energy Taizhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. is a leading domestic ultra-supercritical coal-fired power enterprise. With advanced unit parameters and stringent environmental protection standards, it sets higher requirements for intelligent fuel management and efficient coal blending.
Undertaken by DaTongLongYuan, the intelligent coal blending system renovation project for Unit #3 of Taizhou Power Generation has innovatively built a high-precision intelligent coal blending network. By adding bidirectional conveying equipment and integrating self-developed anti-blocking technology, it realizes flexible switching and precise proportioning of coal types, effectively solving the technical difficulty of insufficient flexibility in the circulation of high-quality and low-quality coal in the industry.

Supported by Core Technology, Key Indicators Lead the Industry
The core technical indicators of the project have reached the leading level in the industry:

● Full-process control accuracy: up to ±1%
● Adaptable to unit deep peak regulation, enabling rapid response to switching between peak load and peak regulation working conditions
Under the overall professional coordination and precise guidance of DaTongLongYuan, the project followed the principles of high-standard planning and high-efficiency progress throughout the construction. It strictly controlled construction safety, quality and schedule, and successfully completed the installation of anti-blocking devices for B/C/D coal bunkers, extended coal feeders and other equipment, as well as full-process work including overall system joint commissioning and performance verification. The project was completed with high quality on schedule and put into stable operation.
